Today marks the fifth anniversary of ZoTrus Technology.
We had originally planned to launch the global public beta of ZTmail (ZTmail.AI) today.
After careful evaluation, we have decided to postpone the public beta release. Our target is now September 8, 2026. The final release date will be confirmed in early September based on the results of our quality verification.
The reason is simple and clear:
We will not ship an incomplete product.
The core promise of ZTmail is true S/MIME certificate automation: with one click, every email is automatically encrypted and digitally signed, without the user needing to understand what a certificate is, how to apply for one, or how to use it.
The primary reason for the delay is the core feature — dual standard support for automated email certificate provisioning (international standard RFC 8823 and the draft of Chinese cryptography industry standard for Automated Certificate Management Protocol). The implementation complexity of these two standards has proven greater than anticipated. We would rather spend the extra time getting it right than launch a version that fails to deliver the core experience on our anniversary milestone.
In addition, we are also building an AutoCert Marketplace on the ZTmail.AI website – a platform for global CAs to participate. This also requires time to engage CAs worldwide and design the certificate sales system for the marketplace.
About the Anniversary Discount:
The original "80% off" Anniversary promotion for the Trusted Identity Edition, scheduled from August 20 to 31, will be postponed along with the public beta. All users who purchase within two weeks of the official public beta launch will still receive the same 80% discount, as a token of appreciation for your patience.

We believe users deserve a product that truly delivers on the promise of "automated encryption," not a flawed version rushed out to meet a calendar date.
Once the automated certificate provisioning meets our quality standards, we will announce the confirmed public beta date as soon as possible. Until then, we will continue to focus on polishing the product, staying true to our direction of "open cooperation, user sovereignty, and zero data custody."
